Government employees - Recovery from the salaries of December payable in the
month of January – Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
The Director, Sainik Welfare in his letter 5th read above, has informed that
Government have issued orders to deduct Rs.50/- and Rs.100/- from the salaries of
Non-Gazetted and Gazetted officers respectively every year from their salary of
December payable in January of succeeding year effective from December, 2015
towards their contribution to Flag Day Fund vide G.O.Ms.No.169, Home (Ser.IV)
Department, dated 11-12-2015.
2. Now, in the circumstances reported by the Director, Sainik Welfare, Andhra
Pradesh, Vijayawada in the letter 5th read above, Government hereby instruct to all
Departments of Secretariat, Heads of Departments, all Dist. Collectors, all
Superintendent of Police, all Heads of Officers and Drawing Officers of A.P. State for
strict implementation of the Government orders 1st to 3rd read above to recovery
the employees contribution to the Flag Day Fund @ Rs.50/- and Rs.100/- from their
salaries of the Non-Gazetted Officers and Gazetted Officer’s respectively from their
salary of the December payable in the month of January of succeeding year effective
from December, 2019.
3. All the Heads of Departments and all Head of Offices, Drawing Officers shall
recover the above said amounts and remit the same to the account of the Director,
Sainik Welfare, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, only through online payment as
mentioned in G.O.Ms.No.128, Home (Ser.IV) Department, dated 28-11-2016.
4. The Director, Sainik Welfare, A.P., Vijayawada shall take necessary further
action accordingly.
