The attention of all the District Educational Officers/ Ex-officio Project Coordinator and
Additional project Coordinator is drawn to the subject and reference read above, wherein, it is informed that the world roilet Day -zotg is falling on 19th November 2019 and the theme for world roilet Day 2019 is ,,Leaving no one behind". The campaign draws attention to those people being "left behind without sanitation and the social, economic and environmental consequences of inaction"' This is closely related to sustainable development Goal 6 which has the task of eliminating open defecation and ensure that ,,everyone has access to sustainable sanitation services by paying special attention to the needs of women and girls".

pledge on oDFs, Rally, Sramadan, Audio- Video shows, Door - to -door/ Households visits' IPC'
lconic place visit, Mass village cleaning drives, etc can be carried out on the eve of world toilet
day- 2019
➧world toilet day -2019 in all universities/ colleSes/schools/AWCs to sensitize the importance of
toilets and usage to make healthy society. students will be the change agents for their
family/village/ institutions and society as a whole. The activities may include sensitization/
workshop/rally, drawing/essay/debate competitionson wTD-2019 at school level'
➧Documentation & media/ social media outreach/ coverage of wTD-2019
Therefore, all the District Educational officers/ex-officio project coordination/Additional Project
coordinator are requested to take necessary steps for conduct of the said activities with regard to world
Toilet Day -2L1gin allGovernment, Zilla parisadh, Municipal' Aided' Modelschools' KGBVs and private
schoors in the state and District cMos are arso requested to submit the event report and photographs to
