  With reference to your notice reference cited, I wish to inform you that, the Hon'ble Minister for Education, Govt. of A.P., has decided to conduct a meeting with all recognized teachers associations on 8th August 2019 from 10.a.m. to 1.00p.m. at A.P. Secretariat, Velagapudi to discuss on department issues.
  Therefore, I request you to postpone or cancel the proposed Agitation on 6th August 2019 before the Olo. District Educational Officers in the State.
